When enabled, employees can still clock in/out from any location, but punches outside the geofence will be flagged for review.

Enforcement Mode

Soft Enforcement Employees can clock in/out from anywhere. Punches outside the geofence are allowed but flagged for review with a warning message.

Hard Enforcement Employees must be within the geofence to clock in/out. Punches outside the geofence are blocked completely.
