Configure the tasks that new hires must complete during onboarding. Tasks are organized by employment type (W-2 or 1099).

Using default task templates. Click 'Customize Templates' to modify them.

Offboarding Task Templates
Add Task

Configure the checklist tasks that are automatically created when an employee is terminated. These tasks help ensure a consistent offboarding process.

1 Collect company property
Collect laptop, keys, badge, and any other company-owned equipment.
2 Revoke system access
Disable user accounts and revoke access to all company systems.
3 Remove from email distribution lists
Remove employee from all email groups and mailing lists.
4 Process final paycheck
Calculate and process final paycheck including accrued PTO.
5 Provide benefits/COBRA information
Send COBRA and benefits continuation information.
6 Conduct exit interview
Schedule and conduct exit interview to gather feedback.
7 Transfer knowledge/handoff tasks
Ensure knowledge transfer and task handoff to remaining team members.
8 Update org chart
Update organizational chart and reporting structures.
