Many of our customers provide us with a key, garage code, or lockbox access. This allows us to clean at a time that's convenient for you.
Access Options
- Key Exchange - Leave a spare key with us (stored securely)
- Garage Code - Provide your garage door code
- Lockbox - Use a realtor-style lockbox
- Smart Lock - Provide a temporary access code
- Meet Us - Be home to let us in (first visit recommended)
Security
- All employees are background checked
- We're fully bonded and insured
- Keys are never labeled with your address
- Your access information is kept confidential
First Visit
We recommend being home for your first cleaning so you can:
- Show us around your home
- Point out areas of concern
- Explain any preferences
- Meet your cleaning team
